About Us

RTO Performance was started in 2011 by a couple college buddies while attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Driven by an obsession with off-road vehicles and a love to build and work on all sorts of projects, RTO was created. In our spare time we are always looking for, and working on new projects. Coming from a small start in college, RTO has grown slowly over the years and we hope this trend will continue.

When we started the company, we mainly worked on our own vehicles and with our close friends to get them everything they needed. From there, word of mouth helped bring friends of friends looking for products and eventually our emergence into the retail world. As we grow and expand, we aim to maintain the small personal level of customer service current customers have been receiving.

RTO is always working on gaining new product lines and expanding the selection of products available on the website. If there is something you would like but do not see listed, contact us. Chances are it is a product we can purchase and hasn't made it into the website.

Anyone who has started a business will know that growing a business can be a slow process but we have the drive and ambition to make it happen.
